Wie effektiv ist ein SOC eigentlich, wenn Regeln, Schwachstellenmanagement und Pentests nicht zusammengedacht werden?

Für einen etablierten IT-Dienstleister mit langfristigen und sicherheitskritischen Aufgaben suchen wir einen IT Security Engineer (gn), der Security nicht als Einzelthema betrachtet, sondern über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg denkt: von Angriffserkennung über Schwachstellenmanagement bis zur Nachbereitung von Security Incidents.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung einer bestehenden Security-Landschaft und sorgst dafür, dass Risiken frühzeitig erkannt und wirksam reduziert werden.

Deine Schwerpunkte:

  • Weiterentwicklung von SOC- und SIEM-Prozessen inklusive Anbindung neuer Systeme und Optimierung von Detection Rules
  • Betreuung und Ausbau des Schwachstellenmanagements sowie Bewertung und Nachverfolgung identifizierter Risiken
  • Analyse von Security Events, Alarmen und Scan-Ergebnissen mit anschließender Abstimmung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Untersuchung von Security Incidents sowie Begleitung der technischen und organisatorischen Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Planung und Koordination externer Penetrationstests
  • Durchführung interner Penetrationstests auf selbst entwickelte Softwarelösungen und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung identifizierter Findings

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Security
  • Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb oder in der Softwareentwicklung mit Bezug zu Security-Themen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Schwachstellen, Security Events und Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis für moderne IT-Sicherheitslösungen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in OpenShift, Containerisierung oder vergleichbaren Cloud-nahen Technologien
