Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit anspruchsvoller IT-Landschaft und langfristiger Zukunftsperspektive. Mehrere Fachbereiche verlassen sich täglich auf hochverfügbare Systeme, moderne Plattformen und zuverlässige Betriebsprozesse. Um diese Umgebung kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Hintergrund und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines technischen Infrastrukturteams
  • Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung zentraler Plattformen und Services
  • Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung technischer Maßnahmen innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Koordination von Störungs- und Eskalationsszenarien zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Förderung und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder durch gezielte Qualifizierungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie angrenzenden IT-Einheiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Infrastruktur-, Transformations- und Modernisierungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei Architektur-, Planungs- und Optimierungsthemen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder der Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Enterprise-Plattformen, Datenbank-, Middleware- oder Infrastrukturumgebungen
  • Technisches Verständnis für hochverfügbare Systemlandschaften
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung auch in anspruchsvollen Betriebssituationen zu übernehmen
