Gesucht wird ein QA Engineer (gn), der Testautomatisierung aktiv weiterentwickelt, Qualitätsstandards mitgestaltet und gemeinsam mit Entwicklungsteams nachhaltige Softwarequalität sicherstellt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und modernisierst die bestehende Testautomatisierung und sorgst für stabile, zuverlässige und wartbare Testprozesse.
  • Du analysierst instabile Tests, identifizierst Ursachen und optimierst die Fehlerdiagnose nachhaltig.
  • Du planst und führst strukturierte explorative Tests durch, insbesondere für neue Funktionen und risikoreiche Produktbereiche.
  • Du verbesserst die Ausführung automatisierter Tests innerhalb moderner CI/CD-Pipelines und optimierst Parallelisierung, Laufzeiten und Reporting.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass automatisierte Tests fachliche Anforderungen und geschäftskritische Anwendungsfälle sinnvoll abdecken.
  • Du bringst Qualität frühzeitig in den Entwicklungsprozess ein und förderst moderne Shift-Left-Testing-Ansätze.
  • Du bewertest gemeinsam mit dem Team, welche Testebene für unterschiedliche Szenarien den größten Mehrwert liefert.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und QA-Kolleg*innen zusammen und gestaltest die Qualitätsstrategie aktiv mit.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich QA Engineering, Software Testing oder Testautomatisierung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cypress und TypeScript sowie ein gutes Verständnis für sauberen und wartbaren Code.
  • Erfahrung mit Testdesign, Testdatenmanagement, Mocks, Stubs und nachhaltigen Automatisierungsstrategien.
  • Kenntnisse moderner QA-Methoden wie Shift Left, Risk-Based Testing oder Testpyramide.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Git, Pull Requests, Code Reviews sowie gängigen Kollaborationstools.
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Umgebungen, idealerweise mit Jenkins, Azure DevOps oder vergleichbaren Plattformen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse im Arbeitsalltag.
