Wie hältst Du eine moderne IT-Landschaft stabil, wenn von Active Directory über Netzwerk und Security bis hin zu Azure fast alles zusammenläuft?

Für ein mittelständisches Softwareunternehmen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Infrastruktur-Allrounder, der Lust hat, eine hybride IT-Umgebung aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und neue Technologien einzuführen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung der Microsoft-Umgebung mit Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server und Microsoft 365
  • Weiterentwicklung der Virtualisierungs-, Backup-, Storage- und Monitoring-Landschaft
  • Integration und Optimierung hybrider Cloud-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure
  • Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Security-Themen wie Firewall, VPN, WLAN und Netzwerksegmentierung
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen mit PowerShell, Terraform oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Unterstützung bei Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Projekten sowie Lösung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Windows-Umfeld sowie Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemen
  • Praxiswissen in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Virtualisierung und IT-Sicherheit
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden Umgebungen und Cloud-Technologien wie Azure oder Microsoft 365
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Gehalt zwischen 55.000 € und 70.000 €
  • 2 Tage Homeoffice nach der Einarbeitung
  • Viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einem breit aufgestellten Aufgabenfeld
  • Gelegentliche Einsätze außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit (ca. 1 bis 2 Samstage pro Jahr)
