Einleitung

Wie viele SAP-Einführungen hat man im Berufsleben, bei denen man das Design verantwortet, statt es umzusetzen?

Bei den meisten: keine. Das Design kommt vom Beratungshaus, intern wird getestet und abgenommen. Hier ist es umgekehrt. Das Beratungshaus setzt um und Du entwirfst.

Das Unternehmen

Unser Mandant ist ein global tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit rund 15 Standorten weltweit, das sein komplettes ERP-Umfeld auf SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud umstellt. Nicht als Lift and Shift, sondern als Gelegenheit, die weltweiten Geschäftsprozesse neu zu denken und in einem System abzubilden. Es ist eines der wichtigsten Transformationsprojekte, die das Unternehmen in diesem Jahrzehnt angeht. Die Rolle sitzt im Enterprise-Architecture-Board, mit direktem Einfluss auf die ERP-Roadmap.

Worum geht es

Fachbereiche formulieren Anforderungen. Was sie tatsächlich brauchen, steht selten darin. Die Differenz zwischen beidem zu erkennen und in ein Design zu übersetzen, das Implementierungspartner ohne Rückfragen bauen können, ist der Kern dieser Rolle. Du bist das technische Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern, mit der IT im Rücken. Nicht als Moderation, sondern als Instanz, die entscheidet, wie ein Prozess im System aussehen wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und verantwortest das Solution Design für die Einführung des neuen globalen ERP-Systems auf S/4HANA Private Cloud.
  • Du analysierst und bewertest komplexe Anforderungen der Fachbereiche daraufhin, wie sie im System abgebildet werden, und unterscheidest dabei zwischen dem, was gefordert wird, und dem, was gebraucht wird.
  • Du führst Anforderungsworkshops durch, übernimmst Customizing sowie Funktions- und Integrationstests.
  • Du leitest IT-Projekte mit Verantwortung für Umfang und Budget.
  • Du stimmst Lösungsdesigns mit Fachbereichen und dem ERP-Team ab und erstellst die passenden Funktionstests.
  • Du führst Prozessanalysen und Prozessoptimierungen durch und entwickelst Konzepte für Benutzerinteraktion und Stammdaten.
  • Du entwirfst Lösungen, die nationale und internationale Anforderungen gleichzeitig abdecken.
  • Du steuerst externe Dienstleister, prüfst ihre Ergebnisse und stellst die Umsetzung sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon drei in ERP-Beratung oder ERP-Projekten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse so zu designen, dass sie implementierbar sind.
  • Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und deren Abbildung in SAP.
  • Erfahrung in SAP-Customizing und Debugging, idealerweise auch in Migrations- oder Transformationsprojekten.
  • Beratungskompetenz und ein Auftreten, das in Workshops mit Fachbereichsleitung und Implementierungspartnern trägt.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
