In dieser Schlüsselrolle verbindest du OT und IT, treibst die Digitalisierung der Produktion voran und sorgst dafür, dass produktionskritische Systeme stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig laufen. Du arbeitest eng mit Werksleitungen, IT-Security und externen Partnern zusammen und setzt messbare Verbesserungen in einer internationalen Produktionslandschaft um.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für MES und produktionsnahe Systeme inklusive Peripherie (z. B. Drucker, Scanner).
  • Du setzt neue Anforderungen in angebundenen Produktionssystemen um und übernimmst das Customizing gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern.
  • Du verantwortest die OT-Security zusammen mit dem IT-Security-Team und entwickelst passende Strategien.
  • Du planst, realisierst und nimmst Neu- und Änderungsprojekte in der OT mit relevanten Software- und Hardwarekomponenten in Betrieb.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt die Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Du koordinierst nationale und internationale Lieferanten und stellst eine fortlaufend dokumentierte Produktionslandschaft sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise Informationstechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Produktions-IT.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Industrieprozessen und Produktionssystemen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Digitalisierung/Industrie 4.0.
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in OPC UA und weiteren industriellen Schnittstellen.
  • Sicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Adressatengerechte Kommunikation mit IT- und Non-IT-Stakeholdern.
  • Analytisch stark, selbstständig, lösungsorientiert.
  • Belastbar, flexibel und lernbereit; Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen.
  • Teamplayer mit wertschätzender, vertrauensvoller Haltung.
