Contrat permanent local canadien (équivalent CDI) – Possibilité via permis Jeune Professionnel

Ton rôle

En tant qu'Assistant gérant(e) fruits & légumes, tu es responsable d’un des rayons les plus stratégiques du magasin.

Tu n’es pas juste gestionnaire : tu es leader, stratège et garant de la performance du rayon.

Tes missions principales :

  • Manager une équipe
  • Gérer les plannings et l’organisation quotidienne
  • Assurer un approvisionnement constant
  • Garantir la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits en tout temps
  • Maintenir une présentation attractive et commerciale du rayon
  • Gérer les pertes, les marges et les rotations
  • Anticiper les volumes selon la saisonnalité
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de service client

📌 Tu es responsable du bon fonctionnement global du rayon.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative en gestion de rayon ou magasin alimentaire
  • Expérience en management d’équipe
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation
  • Esprit analytique et prise de décision rapide
  • Sens du commerce et de la performance
  • Résistance à la pression
