Ton rôle

En tant que boucher, tu es un pilier du magasin. Tu n’es pas juste exécutant : tu es expert, conseiller et garant de la qualité.

Tes missions principales :

  • Réaliser les différentes découpes de viande selon les standards qualité
  • Préparer et mettre en valeur les produits en vitrine
  • Conseiller la clientèle (cuissons, morceaux, recettes…)
  • Assurer la réception et le stockage des marchandises
  • Respecter strictement les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé
  • Participer à la performance du rayon (ventes, pertes, mise en avant produits)

📌 Tu es aussi force de proposition pour développer les ventes.

👥 L’équipe

  • Équipe actuelle : 5 personnes
  • Objectif : monter à 8 collaborateurs

👉 Contexte de développement → donc opportunités rapides d’évolution (chef boucher, gestion de rayon…)

  • Salaire : aligné sur la grille salariale de IGA 👉 (compétitif + évolutif selon expérience)

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en boucherie
  • Formation en boucherie (un atout)
  • Sens du service client développé
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Autonomie + rigueur
  • À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique
