Notre client est une entreprise leader du paysagement au Québec, forte de plus de 200 employés, réputée pour la création d’espaces extérieurs haut de gamme : terrasses, parcs, aménagements paysagers d’exception pour une clientèle majoritairement privée et à haut pouvoir d’achat.

Chaque année, l’entreprise reçoit les plus hautes distinctions du secteur pour la qualité de ses réalisations et son savoir-faire. Son positionnement est clair : excellence, exigence et travail bien fait.

Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recherche un profil de chef d’équipe paysagiste et d'adjoint paysagiste spécialisé en création, dans le cadre du permis Jeune Professionnel.

Tes missions

Selon ton niveau et ton profil, tu interviendras sur des projets de création paysagère haut de gamme :

  • Réaliser des travaux de création paysagère (terrasses, murets, pavage, plantations, aménagements extérieurs)
  • Lire et appliquer les plans d’aménagement
  • Encadrer une petite équipe terrain (pour les profils chefs d’équipe)
  • Organiser les tâches et assurer le bon déroulement des chantiers
  • Garantir la qualité des réalisations et le respect des standards de l’entreprise
  • Travailler en coordination avec les chargés de projet
  • Respecter les normes de sécurité sur chantier

Organisation du travail

  • 35 heures payées toute l’année, y compris en période creuse l’hiver
  • Les heures supplémentaires effectuées l’été sont mises en banque et compensées l’hiver.
  • Une paie lissée et stable sur l’année, très rare dans le secteur

  • Profil Jeune Professionnel prioritaire
  • Avec ou sans expérience : le mindset prime sur le CV
  • Goût pour le travail terrain et les projets concrets
  • Bonne condition physique et envie de s’investir
  • Sens des responsabilités, esprit d’équipe et rigueur
  • Envie d’évoluer dans une entreprise structurée et exigeante
  • Les profils très expérimentés sous EIMT peuvent être étudiés au cas par cas

  • Salaire entre 25 $ et 35 $ / heure (offre finale faite après entretien)
