Workin Group est une firme franco-Canadienne de recrutement international spécialisée dans le placement de talents français au Québec.

Nous offrons un service clé en main à nos clients employeurs québécois : recrutement, accompagnement administratif et suivi complet en immigration et intégration.

Présents dans des secteurs variés (transport, santé, construction, restauration, TI et plus), nous traitons plusieurs dizaines de dossiers d'immigration chaque mois.

Notre croissance est soutenue — notre chiffre d'affaires a doublé au cours de la dernière année — et nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) en immigration certifié(e) pour piloter et structurer l'ensemble de nos dossiers d'immigration et d'intégration.

Relevant de la direction, le ou la titulaire du poste prend en charge la gestion complète des dossiers d'immigration une fois le recrutement abouti.

Vous êtes la personne ressource entre le candidat recruté et son arrivée au Québec.

Responsabilités principales :

– Gestion intégrale des dossiers d'immigration : analyse d'admissibilité, montage des demandes (programme PTET et Jeune Pro), suivi jusqu'à l'approbation

– Accompagnement des candidats : communication proactive par courriel à chaque étape, réponses aux questions, préparation aux entrevues consulaires

– Communication avec les employeurs : tenir informés les clients-employeurs par courriel détaillé de l'avancement de chaque dossier

– Veille réglementaire : suivi de l'évolution des programmes fédéraux et provinciaux (PTET, PEQ, ARRIMA, Entrée express, volet mobilité francophone, etc.)

– Indicateurs de performance : suivi des KPI (taux d'approbation, délais de traitement, volume de dossiers), reddition de comptes hebdomadaire à la direction

Exigences :

✔ Titre professionnel en immigration : CRIC (Consultant Réglementé en Immigration Canadienne) ou RCIC délivré par le Collège des consultants en immigration et en citoyenneté (CCIC) — obligatoire

✔ Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de dossiers d'immigration vers le Canada

✔ Connaissance approfondie des programmes : PTET et Programme EIC

✔ Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) — l'anglais fonctionnel est requis pour les communications avec IRCC

✔ Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer un volume élevé de dossiers simultanément

✔ Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des portails gouvernementaux (Mon IRCC, Arrima, portail EDSC)

• Sens du service à la clientèle — vous comprenez l'ampleur d'un projet d'immigration pour les candidats

• Autonomie et initiative — vous savez anticiper les enjeux et prendre les devants

• Excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles — courriels clairs, structurés et rassurants

• Esprit d'équipe — collaboration étroite avec les recruteurs et recruteuses

• Gestion du stress et des priorités — respect des délais réglementaires

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

– Horaire : 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi

– Lieu : Québec — Télétravail

– Période de probation : 3 mois, conformément aux normes du travail du Québec

– Jours fériés : 8 jours fériés chômés et payés, conformément à la Loi sur les normes du travail

– Normes applicables : Loi sur les normes du travail du Québec (RLRQ, c. N-1.1) et Loi sur l'immigration et la protection des réfugiés (LIPR)

RÉMUNÉRATION ET AVANTAGES

Salaire de base + Commissions progressives par dossier :

Chaque dossier d'immigration mené à terme vous rapporte une commission. Plus le volume de dossiers augmente, plus la commission unitaire est bonifiée.

3 semaines de congés payés
