Tes missions :

Sous la supervision des sous-chefs, tu participes à l’ensemble des opérations culinaires Préparer et cuire viandes, poissons, légumes et autres mets selon les standards établis.

- collaborer à la préparation et à la cuisson, par les méthodes appropriées, des viandes, légumes et autres aliments destinés à être consommés dans les différents points de vente;

- maintenir les normes de la qualité de la production et de la présentation au niveau des standards établis;

- participer à la mise en place des différents points de vente;

- participer au service dans les différents restaurants, aux banquets et à la cafétéria;

- voir au maintien de la propreté de l'environnement de travail, à l'entretien des équipements et au respect des normes d'hygiène et de salubrité et de santé et sécurité;

- réaliser toute autre tâche visant à assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations et le maintien d'un haut niveau de qualité de service.

Les profils recherchés :

- Obtention d'un BEP / CAP en cuisine

- Très bon sens de l’organisation

- Sens éprouvé du service à la clientèle

- Capacité à travailler sous pression

- Sens de l’initiative

- Esprit d’équipe

- Bonne dextérité manuelle et très grand souci du détail

- Rigueur en ce qui a trait au respect des normes de propreté et du maintien de son poste de travail

- Disponibilité à travailler sur des quarts de travail (de jour, de soir, de nuit, de fins de semaines et les jours fériés)

Conditions de travail et avantages :

- Poste permanent (temps complet – 30 à 40 h/semaine).

- Salaire : 22,83 $ à 26,50 $/heure (selon l’expérience).

- Le taux horaire sera majoré de 11,12% pour compenser l'absence de certains avantages sociaux.

- Primes généreuses pour les quarts de soir (1,15$/h), de nuit (1,61$/h) et les fins de semaine (2,67$/heure).

- Possibilité de bénéficier des avantages sociaux et de cotiser au fonds de pension après un certain nombre d'heures travaillées.
