Notre client, un établissement semi-gastronomique situé à Saint-Donat (Québec), recherche son/sa futur(e) cuisinier(ère) – bras droit du gérant.

Le propriétaire, passionné et seul à la gestion de la cuisine depuis la reprise du restaurant en août 2025, souhaite aujourd’hui s’entourer d’un(e) professionnel(le) fiable et autonome pour l’accompagner dans le développement de l’établissement.

Concept :

  • Cuisine semi-gastronomique
  • Produits du terroir et mise en valeur des producteurs locaux
  • Carte courte et maîtrisée, maîtrisée et travaillée autour des produits frais et de saison

L’établissement est en phase de croissance. L’objectif est de structurer la brigade afin de permettre au propriétaire de se concentrer davantage sur le développement stratégique du restaurant, tout en continuant à proposer une cuisine soignée et identitaire.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Un(e) cuisinier(ère) expérimenté(e) diplômé(e) qui deviendra le véritable bras droit du chef (3 à 4 ans d'expérience minimum).

Nous recherchons un profil sensible à la qualité des produits et à leur mise en valeur dans l’assiette.

Votre rôle :

  • Exécuter les recettes établies par le chef avec précision et constance
  • Participer à l’élaboration de nouvelles idées, en valorisant les produits du terroir québécois
  • Apporter un réel soin au dressage et à la présentation des assiettes afin de sublimer les produits et offrir une expérience visuelle cohérente avec l’esprit semi-gastronomique
  • Respecter les standards et les fiches techniques
  • Assurer la gestion des inventaires
  • Participer aux commandes fournisseurs
  • Contribuer à l’organisation et à la structuration de la cuisine

Le candidat devra faire preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur, d’un vrai sens du détail et d’un esprit d’équipe solide.
