Toute l’année, les équipes travaillent dans une cuisine ouverte où l’énergie, la bonne humeur et l’entraide sont au cœur du quotidien.

L’été, le restaurant peut servir jusqu’à 1 000 couverts par jour, offrant un environnement idéal pour les cuisiniers qui aiment le rythme, le travail d’équipe et les défis.

Votre rôle

En tant que cuisinier(ère), vous participez à la préparation des plats et au bon déroulement des services dans un environnement dynamique.

Vos missions

  • Préparer les plats selon les recettes de l’établissement.
  • Assurer la cuisson des viandes, poissons et autres produits.
  • Participer l’envoi des commandes.
  • Maintenir un rythme de production élevé pendant les périodes d’affluence.
  • Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de cuisine.
  • Contribuer à offrir une expérience chaleureuse et rapide aux clients.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en cuisine ou formation en restauration.
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous gardez votre calme même lors des gros services.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et efficace.
  • Vous souhaitez vous installer durablement au Québec.

Conditions proposées

  • Poste permanent à temps plein.
  • Salaire de 17 $ à 20,50 $/heure selon votre expérience.
  • Pourboire partagé (environ 1 $/heure supplémentaire).
  • Augmentations salariales selon votre évolution.
