Ton rôle

En tant que gérant(e) fruits & légumes, tu es responsable d’un des rayons les plus stratégiques du magasin.

Tu n’es pas juste gestionnaire : tu es leader, stratège et garant de la performance du rayon.

Tes missions principales :

  • Manager une équipe de 10 à 12 personnes
  • Gérer les plannings et l’organisation quotidienne
  • Assurer un approvisionnement constant
  • Garantir la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits en tout temps
  • Maintenir une présentation attractive et commerciale du rayon
  • Gérer les pertes, les marges et les rotations
  • Anticiper les volumes selon la saisonnalité
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de service client

📌 Tu es responsable du bon fonctionnement global du rayon.

Le défi du poste

👉 Le défi n’est pas de vendre, mais de tenir le niveau d’exigence du marché québécois.

  • Exemple concret : fraises et framboises disponibles 12 mois par an
  • Tu dois assurer la continuité malgré les contraintes d’approvisionnement

  • maintenir un rayon toujours plein et irréprochable

L’équipe

  • Équipe en place : 10 à 12 personnes
  • Équipe déjà structurée et performante

👉 Ton rôle : stabiliser, optimiser et faire monter le niveau.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative en gestion de rayon ou magasin alimentaire
  • Expérience en management d’équipe (10+ personnes)
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation
  • Esprit analytique et prise de décision rapide
  • Sens du commerce et de la performance
  • Résistance à la pression
