Vous êtes consultant fonctionnel ServiceNow, vous savez transformer un besoin métier en spécification claire, et vous cherchez un poste stable pour un client canadien en télétravail ? On a le mandat qu'il vous faut.

Qui est Workin ?

Workin est un cabinet franco-canadien de services RH créé en 2019. On accompagne des entreprises canadiennes qui recrutent des talents francophones qualifiés en télétravail. Notre différence : un chef de projet Workin dédié à votre suivi contractuel et RH, une rémunération au-dessus des grilles locales, et un accompagnement complet du premier jour jusqu'à votre montée en puissance chez le client.

Vos missions au quotidien

  • Recueillir les besoins métier auprès des utilisateurs et animer les ateliers
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les user stories
  • Piloter les phases de UAT (tests d'acceptation utilisateur)
  • Former les utilisateurs finaux et animer les workshops de restitution
  • Valider les livrables fonctionnels avant mise en production

Le profil qu'on recherche

Ce qui est obligatoire :

  • 2 ans minimum d'expérience fonctionnelle sur ServiceNow
  • Maîtrise d'au moins un module : ITSM, CSM ou SPM
  • Connaissance solide des processus ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
  • Expérience en rédaction de specs et animation d'ateliers
  • Français courant à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en overlap avec le fuseau du Québec (GMT-5)

Les plus qui font la différence :

  • Certification ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Certification ServiceNow (CSA)
  • Anglais professionnel
  • Expérience en coordination de projet
