A seulement 45 minutes de Montréal, l'établissement mêle bistro contemporain, bar lounge chaleureux et simulateurs de golf de dernière génération — le tout dans une ambiance moderne, élégante et résolument conviviale. Une clientèle variée et fidèle vient autant pour le golf que pour la table : des familles, des collègues, des passionnés de bonne cuisine qui reviennent pour la qualité de l'assiette et l'énergie unique du lieu.

La cuisine est au cœur de cette expérience. Elle se doit d'être généreuse, soignée et constante — du déjeuner animé du midi au service du soir plus gastronomique, en passant par des événements banquets qui rythment la vie de l'établissement.

L'équipe est en pleine croissance et cherche ses piliers de cuisine pour construire quelque chose de durable. Deux postes sont ouverts : un chef et un sous-chef, prêts à s'approprier cet environnement stimulant et à y laisser leur empreinte.

Ce qu'on recherche — 2 postes

Chef cuisinier

  • Pilotage de la cuisine du soir et de la carte
  • Élaboration et évolution des menus (produits nobles : steaks, escalopes de veau, poisson frais — cœur de l'offre)
  • Participation au développement du nouveau service matin/midi en cours de lancement
  • Gestion et accompagnement de l'équipe cuisine (3 personnes)
  • Gestion des inventaires, commandes et food cost
  • Coordination des événements banquets
  • Horaires : 17h30 – 22h00 — 5 jours/7
  • Salaire : 27 à 29 $/heure + bonus à l'assiette

Second de cuisine

  • Bras droit du chef sur l'ensemble des services
  • Implication active sur tous les temps forts : midi, soir, événements
  • Montée en responsabilité progressive
  • Horaires : 17h30 – 21h00 — 5 jours/7
  • Salaire : 25 à 26 $/heure

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en cuisine en restaurant, brasserie, traiteur, restauration familiale ou similaire
  • Diplôme de cuisine apprécié (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro ou équivalent) — mais l'expérience prime
  • Rigueur sur la qualité et la régularité
  • Autonomie et sens de l'organisation
  • Ouvert aux profils locaux et internationaux (immigration possible)
