Notre client, un restaurant familial, situé à Quebec, est à la recherche de son futur sous chef pour rejoindre son équipe du soir.

Depuis 35 ans, ce restaurant emblématique est spécialisé dans les petits-déjeuners et déjeuners et soupers haut de gamme, avec une cuisine internationale réputée.

Le restaurant peut accueillir entre 120 à 140 couverts répartis sur deux salles et une terrasse. Majoritairement fréquenté par une clientèle locale haut de gamme, il est ouvert 7 jours sur 7.

Ton rôle au sein de l’équipe

Nous recherchons un chef de cuisine qui officiera sous les ordres du chef exécutif et sera responsable de la cuisine sur le quart de soir. C'est une petite brigade donc il faudra être polyvalent !

Ce poste est une opportunité pour quelqu’un qui souhaite s’impliquer dans une cuisine.

Tes principales missions :

• Travailler avec une équipe de 5 à 8 personnes (3 à 4 personnes en cuisine et 2 à 4 serveurs selon les besoins).

• Faire une partie des inventaires mensuels conjointement avec le chef

• Gérer le personnel (mise-en-place, horaires de travail etc.)

• Participer à la création des menus avec le chef

• Assurer l'excellence du service à la clientèle et l'efficience des opérations (rapidité d’exécution, souci du détail, synchronisation avec les équipes).

Profil recherché :

• Une expérience en matière de banquet serait un atout cas

• Expérience en gestion de cuisine.

• Profil souhaitant s'établir sur du long (qui recherche la résidence permanente)

• Passion pour la cuisine et envie de s’impliquer dans un environnement non formaté.

• Capacité à s’adapter.

Conditions de travail :

• Poste à temps plein (37 heures/semaine), principalement en soirée, de 14h à 22h. Congé les lundis et mardis.

• Salaire compétitif
