Vos principales missions :

· Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel : accueillir les clients avec courtoisie, répondre à leurs besoins et résoudre les plaintes de manière professionnelle.

· Assurer la rapidité et la précision du service : optimiser le flux de travail pour réduire les temps d’attente tout en maintenant la qualité.

· Maintenir la propreté et l’hygiène du restaurant : respecter les normes en salle, en cuisine et au service au volant.

· Superviser et animer les opérations : gérer les équipes pour assurer fluidité et bonne ambiance.

· Appliquer les procédures opérationnelles de McDonald’s : veiller au respect des standards de sécurité alimentaire et

· Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs : optimiser les ventes, gérer les stocks et réduire les pertes.

Les besoins pour le poste :

  • Vous avez un leadership naturel, vous aimez enseigner, motiver et diriger une équipe pour atteindre un objectif commun.
  • Vous êtes une personne positive, dynamique, dotée d'une grande sociabilité et appréciant le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes en quête d'un environnement d'équipe dynamique.
  • Vous possédez des compétences d'organisation vous permettant d'accomplir plusieurs tâches.
  • Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler des horaires flexibles, y compris les week-ends.
  • Vous avez l'habitude de vous fixer des objectifs élevés, tant pour vous-même que pour ceux avec qui vous travaillez. Vous aimez apprendre à gérer des restaurants et atteindre l’excellence.
  • Vous aimez la propreté et veiller à la sécurité de tous.
  • Vous avez déjà une expérience confirmée dans la direction d'équipes et vous souhaitez évoluer dans votre carrière professionnelle.

Conditions et avantages :

  • Salaire : entre 17.25 a 21 dollars / heure. 40h / semaine
  • Contrat de travail : 24 mois au Canada
