Como Account Executive, tu misión será abrir nuevas oportunidades en el mercado y convertirlas en clientes clave para Worky. En este rol serás un Hunter proactivo: no esperarás leads pasivos, sino que generarás tu propio pipeline navegando organizaciones, llegando a los tomadores de decisión ejecutivos y cerrando ventas consultivas basadas en un diagnóstico profundo del negocio.

Buscamos a un perfil comercial con resiliencia, alta autonomía y visión de negocio, apasionado por transformar problemas operativos en propuestas de valor de alto impacto.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Generación de Oportunidades & Hunting: Identificar, prospectar y construir tu propio pipeline mediante estrategias de outbound estructurado, networking y social selling. • Venta Consultiva & Diagnóstico: Realizar análisis profundos para entender el impacto operativo y financiero de los prospectos, posicionando a Worky como un socio estratégico indispensable. • Navegación de Cuentas & Cierre: Mapear stakeholders clave, construir relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión y gestionar el ciclo completo de venta, incluyendo la negociación contractual. • Alineación Comercial: Colaborar con Marketing para optimizar campañas de generación de demanda sobre cuentas objetivo y ejecutar estrategias de outbound de alta conversión.

¿Qué debes saber? 🧠

• Experiencia Comercial: Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B, idealmente dentro del sector B2B SaaS o tecnología. • Mentalidad Consultiva: Capacidad para resolver problemas de negocio reales y construir propuestas con retorno de inversión claro. • Generación Outbound: Habilidad para prospectar cuentas desde cero, navegar estructuras organizacionales y relacionarte con múltiples stakeholders. • Perfil Hunter: Alta autonomía, resiliencia comercial y fuerte enfoque hacia la consecución de cuotas de ARR.
