🌟 Tu misión en Worky

Como Onboarding Specialist – HR, tu misión es garantizar una experiencia de onboarding estructurada, de alta calidad y escalable para nuestros clientes, permitiéndoles operar Worky HR con total confianza. Liderarás las implementaciones del módulo de Recursos Humanos, asegurando la correcta configuración del sistema, una clara comprensión de los flujos de trabajo y la preparación completa del cliente para el uso autónomo de la plataforma.

🧩 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

🎯 Liderazgo de implementaciones

  • Liderar el onboarding de inicio a fin para los clientes de Worky HR, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos de implementación definidos y los estándares de calidad.
  • Asumir la propiedad del proceso de onboarding de RH, desde la entrega por parte del equipo de ventas hasta el cierre de la implementación.

🧠 Capacitación y configuración estratégica

  • Impartir sesiones de capacitación estructuradas sobre los módulos de RH, asegurando la comprensión del cliente sobre los flujos de trabajo clave y las mejores prácticas.
  • Validar que todas las configuraciones críticas de RH estén completas, probadas y alineadas con las necesidades operativas del cliente.

🏢 Coordinación y gestión proactiva

  • Coordinarte estrechamente con los Especialistas de Onboarding de Nómina durante las fases compartidas para asegurar una experiencia de cliente excelente.
  • Realizar un seguimiento proactivo para mantener a los clientes al día con sus configuraciones, sesiones de capacitación y entregables.

  • Documentar el progreso, riesgos y resultados del onboarding en los sistemas internos, garantizando total visibilidad y trazabilidad.
  • Recopilar retroalimentación durante el onboarding y aportar insights para mejorar continuamente los procesos y materiales del área.

📊 KPIs que medirán tu impacto

  • Time to Activate: % de clientes de RH integrados dentro del SLA definido.
  • Satisfacción: CSAT alcanzado durante la fase de onboarding de RH.

🧠 Lo que buscamos en ti

  • 3+ años de experiencia en roles de onboarding, implementación o Customer Success en empresas SaaS B2B.
  • Sólido conocimiento en procesos de Recursos Humanos e implementación de sistemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, facilitación y capacitación con diversos stakeholders.
  • Capacidad demostrada para gestionar implementaciones complejas y multimódulo.
  • Fuertes habilidades de organización y gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia previa con plataformas SaaS de RH.
  • Conocimiento o familiaridad con procesos de Nómina es un plus.
