Tu Rol dentro del equipo 🤩

Te unes a People como el par operativo de nuestro equipo, la persona que hace que todo lo que pasa una vez que alguien ya forma parte de Worky funcione increíble, desde su primer día hasta el día que decide seguir su camino.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Administrar documentación, expedientes y prestaciones de todo el equipo
  • Mantener al día el dashboard de People y los reportes mensuales de métricas
  • Coordinar la logística de capacitaciones, evaluaciones de desempeño y eventos internos
  • Dar seguimiento a las encuestas de clima y a los planes de acción que salen de ahí
  • Liderar de principio a fin el proceso de salida de colaboradores (offboarding)

¿Qué debes saber? 🧠

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en People Ops, administración de personal o RH generalista
  • Manejo de documentación laboral, prestaciones y procesos administrativos
  • Excel/Sheets a nivel intermedio-avanzado
  • Organización y atención al detalle.
  • Curiosidad por usar IA para hacer más eficiente la operación de People (reportes, comunicación, organización de información) ¿Qué ofrecemos?🌴
