Como AI Automation Engineer, serás una pieza clave en el área de Strategic Capabilities para construir la inteligencia operacional de Worky. Tu misión será diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial, agentes inteligentes y automatizaciones que transformen procesos manuales en sistemas automatizados y escalables, acelerando la toma de decisiones en toda la organización.

No buscamos solo desarrolladores, sino creadores de impacto: profesionales que utilicen IA y automatización para institucionalizar la eficiencia y generar inteligencia accionable para el negocio.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Diseño de Soluciones con IA: Analizar procesos operativos susceptibles de mejora y traducir necesidades de negocio en arquitecturas resilientes, escalables y automatizadas. • Desarrollo de Agentes y Asistentes: Construir agentes especializados, asistentes internos y herramientas impulsadas por LLMs e implementar sistemas multiagente según los casos de uso. • Integración de Ecosistemas & APIs: Diseñar e implementar conectores sólidos entre plataformas clave como HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, ClickUp, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Sentry y APIs externas. • Inteligencia Operacional & Analytics: Generar insights, recomendaciones automáticas y alertas inteligentes para alimentar nuestra plataforma central de inteligencia. • Arquitectura y Estándares: Trabajar en conjunto con el liderazgo técnico en el diseño de nuevas soluciones, patrones de automatización y evolución tecnológica del área.

¿Qué debes saber? 🧠

• Programación & Base de Datos: Dominio sólido de Python, PostgreSQL y diseño de APIs REST. • Ecosistema de IA & Herramientas: Experiencia práctica utilizando Claude, Model Context Protocol (MCP) y frameworks de automatización. • Control de Versiones: Manejo fluido de Git para trabajo colaborativo y despliegue de código. • Pensamiento Sistémico: Habilidad para abstraer problemas complejos de negocio y convertirlos en flujos lógicos eficientes.
