チームについて Teammate Driving (POV BEV) チームは、自動運転システムにおける最も基本的な機能の1つである車線維持機能と、自動運転システムで使用される地図情報提供サービスを開発しています。テストエンジニアのミッションは、システム要件に基づいて実装されたソフトウェアの機能、性能、品質基準を設定し、評価し、設計者にフィードバックし、製品の性能と品質を向上させることです。また、これらの製品をトヨタの次世代運転支援システム「Toyota Safety Sense」と「Teammate」に実装し、世界中の顧客により安全な運転とより快適なモビリティを提供します。

求める人材 私たちは、ソフトウェアのパフォーマンスと品質を向上させるために、AD/ADAS車両評価の運用と問題分析を行い、問題解決を推進できるエンジニアを探しています。また、ソフトウェアエンジニア、テストドライバ、さまざまな協力者と良好な関係を築くために、新しい価値を提案し、効果的にコミュニケーションできる人材を求めています。尚、定期的に東京・日本橋のオフィスに出社し、静岡県東富士のテストコースで実地試験の実施が必要となります。

業務内容 プロジェクトの進捗状況に合わせた評価計画の策定と管理 システム要件を満たすテストシナリオの作成 実車でのテストと特定された問題の原因の特定 アジャイル開発における問題管理と解決の推進

必須条件 以下のスキルと経験が必要です。 ・技術 ・車両評価業務 ・ユーザー視点でソフトウェア要件が満たされていることを検証する能力 ・Gitによるソフトウェア管理能力 ・AD（自動運転）/ADAS（先進運転支援システム）に関する知識と各技術の相互作用の理解 ・管理 ・優れた問題解決能力、仮説検証能力、タスク管理能力 ・ドキュメンテーション能力 ・さまざまな情報を体系化し、首尾一貫した計画を立案する能力 ・言語 ・日常的な場面で使われる日本語を理解できる能力。（例：日本語能力試験N2以上、または同等のレベル）
