求める人材

業務内容

  • Woven CityにおけるWorkplace改善企画・導入の実行担当
  • Woven City内におけるWorkplaceの運営効率およびホスピタリティ向上を図ること
  • Woven Cityの拡張やオペレーション要件を踏まえ、中長期的なファシリティニーズを企画・立案すること
  • 総務・管理オペレーションのプロセスを設計・改善し、ガイドラインおよび関連ドキュメントを整備・維持すること
  • 社内スタッフ向けイベント（全社イベント、部門イベント等）を企画・調整・実行し、会場手配、ケータリング、スケジュール調整などのロジスティクスを含め、チームの一体感とポジティブな職場文化の醸成を推進すること
  • オペレーション予算をモニタリング・管理し、コスト効率と財務面の健全性を確保すること
  • WCMの全従業員、契約社員、サプライヤー担当者との間で、信頼に基づく良好な関係を構築・維持すること
  • 業務上のニーズに応じて、出張が発生する場合があります

必須条件

  • ファシリティマネジメント、オフィスサービス、総務・アドミニストレーション、またはオフィスマネージャーとしての実務経験5年以上
  • オフィスオペレーションに関するベンダーマネジメントの実務経験3年以上
  • 複数のタスクを同時並行で管理でき、不確実性の高い状況においても柔軟に対応できること
  • 従業員とのコミュニケーションやネゴシエーションを通じて、職場環境の維持・改善を推進してきた経験
  • 複雑な課題に対し、主体的かつ継続的に取り組みながら解決へ導き、改善の機会を自ら見出してきた実績
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：日常会話レベルでの実務運用能力
