業務内容

  • Woven Cityにおける物流・サプライチェーン構想の企画立案・ロードマップ策定
  • 街全体の物流機能およびサプライチェーンモデルの企画・改善
  • 生活サービス、Inventorの実証活動、街の事業運営を支える物流機能の検討推進
  • 物流を変えたい企業やInventorが実証しやすい環境を整え、実装につながる取り組みを推進
  • 構想や企画内容を資料化し、社内外の関係者への説明・合意形成を推進
  • Inventor、トヨタグループ、サプライヤー、スタートアップ、ITパートナーなど多様なステークホルダーとの協業推進
  • 現場課題やユーザーの声、データをもとにした課題整理、仮説構築、改善提案
  • デジタル技術やデータを活用した物流サービス・オペレーション改善の企画・導入

必須条件

  • 関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験
  • サプライチェーン、ロジスティクス、物流サービス、またはオペレーション企画・改善領域における5年以上の実務経験
  • 現場オペレーションを理解し、課題を構造化して企画や改善案に落とし込める力
  • 複雑な構想を資料化し、社内外の関係者に分かりやすく説明・合意形成できるコミュニケーション力
  • 物流・サプライチェーン領域の社会課題を解決し、Woven Cityでの実証機会を通じて、新しい物流のあり方を自ら形にしていきたいという強い意欲
  • 不確実な環境下でも、関係者を巻き込みながら自律的にプロジェクトを推進できる力
  • 日常会話レベルの英語力およびネイティブレベルの日本語力

  • サプライチェーン改革、物流ネットワーク設計、物流最適化プロジェクトの企画・推進経験
  • 物流領域における新規事業企画、サービス企画、デジタル化推進の経験
  • BtoC物流、BtoB物流、倉庫・在庫管理、補充、幹線輸送、ラストワンマイル配送に関する知識や経験
  • PoCや実証プロジェクトの企画・推進経験
  • スマートシティ、都市開発、街づくり領域への関心または知見
  • WMS、TMS、OMSなどの物流システムやデータ活用に関する知識・経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメント、PMO、コンサルティング、事業企画の経験
  • TPS、TBPなどを活用した改善・課題解決の経験
