岗位职责​ 1.测试规划：参与需求评审评估可测试性，制定整机测试计划与方案（功能 / 性能 / 可靠性 / 环境适应性），设计并维护测试用例库​ 2.分阶段测试：执行 EVT（模块级：机械 / 电子 / 嵌入式 / 传感器 / 执行器）→ DVT（整机集成 / 功能 / 性能 / 可靠性，参与 DFx 评审）→ PVT（产线方案 / 工艺 / 良率验证，OTA 及工厂软件版本发布验证）​ 3.测试环境搭建与执行：搭建整机 / 场景 / 产线测试平台，管理测试仪器；执行功能测试（运动控制、力矩输出、定位精度、通信、软硬件集成）与性能测试（电机 / 机械 / 动态 / 负载能力）​ 4.故障闭环：定位失效并区分硬件 / 软件 / 结构 / 集成问题，运用 FA 挖掘根因，提交缺陷报告，推动闭环并输出复盘报告​ 5.自动化脚本构建：用 Python/LabVIEW 开发自动化脚本与测试框架，实现数据采集、仪器控制、流程自动化及报告自动生成​。

任职要求​ 1.学历经验：本科及以上，机械 / 电气 / 自动化 / 测控 / 电子信息 / 计算机相关专业；3 年以上智能硬件 / 机器人 / 自动化设备整机测试经验，有机器人领域或 EVT/DVT/PVT 任一阶段完整经验者优先​ 2.技术能力：熟悉电机控制（FOC/PID）、通信协议（CAN/EtherCAT/RS485/Modbus）；熟练使用示波器、万用表、功率分析仪、数据采集卡、逻辑分析仪​ 3.标准认知：了解 GB/T 12642、ISO 9283、ISO 10218 等机器人标准，熟悉 DFx 评审者优先​ 4.核心素质：质量意识强、注重细节；跨部门沟通清晰；学习与系统思维能力、独立解决问题、动手能力强、抗压​ 加分项：人形机器人（Optimus/Figure/ 宇树 / 智元等）或核心部件（关节模组 / 灵巧手 / 伺服电机 / 减速器）测试经验；完整经历 EVT→PVT 量产交付，或量产测试体系搭建与产线部署经验
