The posting

1、负责机器人实时控制系统的软件架构设计​，开发基于裸机及实时操作系统的多任务调度、中断管理及外设驱动； 2、主导电机应用控制、显示屏交互界面、传感器（IMU/编码器/触觉传感器）的驱动开发，完成硬件-软件协同调试； 3、负责MCU系统升级、日志管理、电源及功耗管理等业务开发； 4、参与构建整机MCU通信框架​（如CAN/CANOpen、EtherCAT、USB），设计高可靠性通信协议； 5、使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等工具进行功耗优化、实时性调优​，解决电机启停抖动、通信延迟等关键问题； 6、编写嵌入式设计文档、测试用例及量产固件升级方案，协同硬件/算法团队完成产品迭代与生产落地。

1、统招本科及以上，自动化、电子工程、计算机相关专业（硕士优先）； 2、3年以上智能硬件产品开发经验，独立负责过MCU系统软件开发及交付； 3、熟悉ARM-Cortex系列MCU开发​，具备ARM Cortex-M系列裸机/RTOS开发经验； 4、熟练使用IIC、SPI、RS485、CAN等通信接口； 5、具备良好的技术文档编写能力（设计/测试/用户手册）​​，跨团队沟通能力，抗压及问题闭环能力。
