我们探索视觉、语言与动作的统一建模，持续深耕并大力投入大规模具身预训练技术，以统一范式学习物理世界常识与通用操作能力，目标是构建泛化的机器人操作基础模型，为服务、家庭、工业等下游场景提供通用能力底座。

我们拥有超大规模的真机操作数据、完善的仿真和真机评测体系、大量机器人硬件资源与专业数采团队

职位描述：

1. 设计和优化具身基础模型架构，探索面向物理世界理解与操作的多模态统一模型； 2. 研究具身领域的 Scaling Law，推动模型在复杂操作任务上的 zero-shot 泛化能力； 3. 探索高效利用多样化、低成本数据源的训练方法，提升数据利用效率； 4. 负责大规模模型训练，持续迭代模型能力并通过真机实验验证效果； 5. 跟踪具身智能、多模态大模型等前沿方向，推动算法创新与落地验证。

1. 对大语言模型/多模态大模型有深入理解，熟悉主流模型架构的原理与训练流程； 2. 熟练使用 PyTorch，具备扎实的工程能力和独立解决问题的能力； 3. 具备强执行力，能快速深入新领域并把事情做出来； 4. 有技术热情，关注前沿进展，具备良好的学术视野； 5. 计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学等相关专业背景。

加分项

  • 有统一多模态模型（视觉/语言/动作联合建模）的训练经验；
  • 有机器人真机部署与调试经验；
  • 有大规模分布式训练管线的搭建或优化经验；
