1、负责车载电源、储能模块及大功率无线充电总体方案设计，包括功率拓扑、硬件架构（驱动/采样/保护）及软件控制功能定义； 2、承接整车需求并拆解制定电源产品的性能指标（效率、环境耐久、EMC等级），及基于ISO 26262拆解功能安全目标； 3、使用需求管理或系统开发管理工具(如ALM)维护设计文件并跟进开发任务闭环，及系统设计文档的撰写（如SOR、FMEA、HSI、DBC）等； 4、主导研发阶段的问题排查工作，使用总线分析工具解析故障报文，运用问题分析方法锁定根本原因； 5、跟进电源行业技术动态，新电路拓扑，新器件及控制应用，规划电源开发技术路线。

1、自动化、电气工程、电力电子等相关专业，本科以上学历，5年以上电力电子、电源系统、硬件或软件开发工作经验； 2、熟悉OBC，直流充电模块，无线充电相关理论基础，无线充电相关标准规范及相关认证； 3、具备新能源汽车电源产品(OBC)或大功率无线充电系统相关设计经验，包括无线充电架构设计和线圈设计； 4、 熟悉车载电源、无线充电新技术发展方向，深刻理解LLC，CLLLC，LCC等常用拓扑功率级设计与优化； 5、熟悉整车开发流程和零部件开发流程； 6、较高的书面表达能力工作严谨认真踏实团队合作意识强； 7、具备良好的职业道德素质抗压性强、有创新力、善于沟通。
