岗位目标 负责机器人导航与空间智能相关能力的产品规划和持续演进，覆盖定位建图、空间感知、路径规划、自主导航及学习式导航等方向。 推动传统导航体系与 VLN / VLA 等新型机器人智能技术融合，使机器人能够在复杂真实环境中理解空间、理解目标，并安全、稳定、高效地完成自主移动任务。

工作职责 1 负责机器人导航与空间智能能力规划，结合真实场景和整机需求，制定定位、地图、空间感知、路径规划、自主跟随、语义导航等能力的优先级、版本目标和演进路线。 2 将用户及场景需求转化为导航算法和系统能力要求，协同导航算法、感知、运控、硬件及系统团队明确能力边界、关键指标和验收标准，推动导航能力在整机上的落地。 3 深入参与真机测试和算法评测，围绕定位稳定性、路径规划、动态避障、任务成功率、场景泛化及异常恢复等问题开展分析，推动算法、数据和系统持续优化。 4 持续跟踪并评估 VLN、VLA、视觉语言模型、语义导航等技术在机器人导航中的应用，探索传统 SLAM / Planning 与学习式导航能力的融合方式，推动有价值的技术进入产品研发。 5 协同量产、测试及研发团队推进导航能力版本交付，持续分析真实运行中的问题和数据，完善地图、定位、规划及导航相关工具和能力闭环。

任职要求 1 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、人工智能、控制工程、测绘等相关专业优先。 2 3年及以上机器人、自动驾驶、无人系统或 AI 技术产品相关经验，独立负责过导航、定位、规划或复杂机器人系统相关产品和能力。 3 对机器人导航技术体系有较深入理解，熟悉 SLAM、Localization、Mapping、Path Planning、Obstacle Avoidance 等相关技术中的一种或多种，能够与算法团队进行深入技术讨论。 4 理解视觉、激光雷达、IMU 等传感器在机器人导航中的作用，能够从系统角度分析感知、定位、规划、运控及本体之间的关系。 5 对 VLN、VLM/VLA、Semantic Navigation、机器人学习等新型导航技术有较好的理解，能够判断传统导航方案与学习式方案的适用场景、技术边界及产品价值。 6 具备良好的系统思维和跨团队推动能力，能够在技术快速演进、产品定义尚未完全收敛的环境中独立推进复杂机器人能力落地。

加分项 1 有自动驾驶定位/规控、移动机器人、人形机器人或服务机器人相关经验。 2 有 SLAM、机器人导航、语义地图、3D 空间感知或自主移动相关研发背景。 3 有 VLN、VLA、视觉语言模型、Embodied AI 或机器人学习相关实践经验。 4 参与过导航系统从算法研发、真机验证到量产或规模化部署的完整过程。
