【岗位职责】 1. 全主动悬架系统集成与发布： 负责全主动悬架电控系统（包含主动减振器、液压泵/电机泵单元、悬架控制器ECU/域控、车身姿态传感器等）的系统方案定义、SOR（技术规范）编制、零部件3D/2D数据发布及工程图纸释放。 2. 核心供应商管理与技术对接： 主导与行业内主流主动减振器供应商，以及等核心液压泵供应商的技术谈判、方案评审与日常工程开发对接，把控其软硬件开发进度及质量。 3. 跨部门协同与沟通： 作为全主动悬架系统的“System Owner”，独立拉通并协调内外部资源。深度协同整车动力学、EEA（电子电气架构）、底层/应用软件、功能安全、采购及SQE团队，消除跨职能沟通壁垒，确保项目按SOP节点高质量交付。 4. 电控系统测试与验证（DVP&R）： 负责制定并推进全主动悬架电控系统的台架测试、HIL测试及整车级验证计划（DV/PV）；参与整车动态性能标定，主导解决测试过程中出现的机电液耦合失效、CAN/LIN通讯异常及控制逻辑等问题。 5. 问题闭环与工程变更： 负责量产开发全流程中工程问题（软硬件Bug、异响、漏液、热失控等）的根因分析（8D）与闭环解决，主导工程变更（ECO/ECR）的评估与实施。

【任职要求】 1. 学历与专业： 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、自动化、电气工程及相关专业。 2. 工作经验： 具备 3-5年及以上 汽车电控悬架系统集成与开发经验。 3. 全主动悬架量产经验： 具备在主机厂（OEM）全主动悬架（Full-Active Suspension）量产项目开发经验者优先；经历过从概念预研、架构定义到SOP量产落地的完整V字型开发流程。 4. 行业与供应链认知： - 深入了解全主动悬架系统的技术路线（机电式/电液式）； - 熟悉ZF（如sMotion等）、天纳克（如CVSA2/Kinetic等）等头部供应商的主动减振器技术方案； - 了解Rapa等核心液压执行机构/泵阀供应商的供应链体系与产品特性。 5. 专业技能： - 熟悉底盘电控系统架构，熟练掌握CAN/LIN/Ethernet通讯协议及UDS诊断，能熟练使用CANoe、CANape、INCA等测试标定工具； - 熟悉机电液一体化系统的集成要求，对功能安全（ISO26262）有一定的理解； - 熟练使用CATIA及主流PLM系统。 6. 沟通与协调能力： - 具备极强的内外部沟通协调能力、逻辑思维及抗压能力； - 能够在复杂的技术分歧中（尤其是面对强势的外资Tier 1时）坚守整车厂立场，妥善处理冲突，有效拉动资源解决跨领域的系统性问题。 7. 语言能力： 英语可作为工作语言，能够与外资供应商的海外研发团队进行流畅的电话会议与技术研讨。

【加分项】 - 有主导或深度参与全主动悬架系统级开发经验者优先。 - 具备一定的底盘动力学调校背景或悬架控制算法（Skyhook等）基础者优先。
