岗位职责： 1.定期组织公司相关部门完成供应商绩效考核评分工作。运用科学的数据分析，从绩效和激励数据中发现问题，主导提升供应商绩效，并推动解决问题； 2.通过行业对标等方式，对供应商绩效管理策略提出建议。参与部门制度、流程、指引等的发布及标准化建设。能提出对现有流程、业务的优化建议，参与流程制度优化工作方法和工具的设计； 3.愿意尝试从组织驱动和个体成长驱动的角度，不断发掘绩效管理循环的机会点，持续迭代。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，具备5年以上汽车行业供应商绩效管理工作经验优先，对供应商体系化管理有较深的理解； 2.恪守职业道德操守，为人正直、心态阳光、敬业、能承受较大的工作压力，原则性强； 3.坦诚开放，沟通协作能力强，擅长跨团队沟通协作和资源整合； 4.具备良好的数据统计与分析能力，熟练使用office、Excel各种办公软件。
