The posting

1. 负责机器人关节电机控制硬件（如驱动器、功率电路、控制器）的设计、开发与调试测试，解决自研及外采零部件硬件相关质量问题，确保产品可靠性。 2. 负责主导驱动硬件及传感器的测试标准与方法、计算书、失效模式分析、WCCA、测试用例等技术文档制定、归纳、评审，保证测试完整度，完成原型验证、可靠性测试及量产支持。 3. 负责机器人关节执行器力传感器、位置传感器（包括电涡流传感器）的本体设计、信号调理电路设计、选型、测试与优化，确保其精度、问题解决等。 4. 协同结构、电机、软件团队完成驱动硬件的机械集成、电磁兼容（EMC）设计及热管理方案，并充当部分产品的硬件经理角色。 5. 主导技术平台建设、复杂质量问题解决，提高开发活动的效率，降低产品研发周期、成本和风险，同时策划新技术的调研和预研，以适应产品线的长期发展规划； 6. 跟踪前沿传感技术与电机驱动技术，推动技术方案迭代与创新。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、仪器科学、机电一体化等相关专业，5年以上机器人、高端装备或精密仪器硬件开发经验。 2. 电驱/电机控制硬件开发经验：具备电机驱动器硬件设计经验，熟练掌握功率器件选型、栅极驱动、电流采样、保护电路及逆变器设计；或具备伺服控制硬件开发经验，熟悉DSP/FPGA控制板设计、通信接口及实时控制环路。 3. 力传感器开发经验：具有应变式、压电式或其他类型力传感器本体设计、封装、标定及信号处理的实战经验，熟悉灵敏度、非线性、迟滞等关键指标优化。 4. 位置传感器开发经验：精通旋转变压器、磁性编码器等位置传感器原理与应用；具备电涡流传感器本体设计与开发经验，包括线圈优化、高频激励与解调电路设计。 5. 熟练使用主流EDA工具进行原理图与PCB设计，具备高速/高精度模拟电路、微弱信号放大及噪声抑制设计能力。 6. 精通工业总线，如EtherCAT。 7. 精通主流嵌入式处理器开发流程及方法； 8. 责任心强，学习能力强，良好的计划性，思维敏捷，具有良好的沟通、协调和团队协作能力。
