核心目标：搭建、优化通用智能中心研发质量体系，建立全生命周期的软件开发质量保障体系，确保研发流程的合规性、一致性，提升产品研发质量，降低研发风险，同时配合公司进行公司级质量体系建设，推动体系落地执行和持续改进。 1. 体系搭建与优化：负责通用智能中心研发质量体系全流程的搭建、文档修订与完善，集合整体流程（需求阶段、设计阶段、开发阶段、测试阶段、运维阶段、运营阶段），制定适配的体系文件，确保体系真正解决业务痛点问题，为业务服务，具备可操作性； 2. 体系落地与推行：负责通用智能中心研发质量体系的宣贯、培训工作，向团队普及要求和规范，指导团队按照规范执行，解决执行过程中的疑问，推动体系全流程的落地，确保各环节的合规性，过程的一致性； 3. 流程管控与监督：参与研发全流程质量监管，对需求评审、设计评审、研发评审、运维交付、运营交付等关键节点进行监督检查，识别流程中的质量风险和漏洞，提出改进意见，持续优化，确保研发过程合规、可控； 4. 审核与改进：组织开展研发质量体系的内部审核、管理评审，并配合外部审核，制定改进措施，跟踪改进闭环。并根据执行过程中的反馈，持续优化体系流程、文件，提升体系运行效率； 5. 公司级协同：对接公司质量中心，协调通用智能中心研发质量体系与公司级质量体系的衔接，推动跨部门质量协同； 6. 其他：完成其他与研发质量体系相关的工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，有软件研发相关背景者优先； 2. 5年以上汽车行业辅助驾驶或智能座舱软件开发或者质量体系建设相关工作经验； 3. 熟练掌握研发质量体系搭建、流程编写、流程审核，熟悉全生命周期质量管控要点，能独立完成流程优化的发掘、体系文件的修订、审核和改进工作，熟悉汽车行业软件质量体系标准者优先； 4. 逻辑思维能力：具备较强的逻辑分析、风险识别能力，能发现问题的本质，及时识别体系漏洞或流程问题，提出合理优化建议； 5. 执行能力：具备较强的执行力，能主导推动体系落地执行，跟踪问题闭环更改，确保工作按时保质完成； 6. 协同沟通能力：良好的跨部门沟通能力，能清晰传递体系要求，协调解决执行过程中的分歧，具备良好的表达、倾听和谈判能力； 7. 职业素养：严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力，认同质量建设的理念和文化，愿意持续投入在质量体系相关的工作中.
