1、通过对所管辖班组内的人财物各类资源合理有效的组织，确保高效率、高质量、低成本完成生产任务 2、负责管辖班组内生产团队建设、士气提升、文化建设；组织团队成员培训、提高下属的能力 3、负责管辖班组内生产现场各类异常情况的应急协调处理、原因分析以及长效措施的实施跟踪、响应机制的建立 4、负责对管辖班组内全体员工综合考评，包括员工技能水平、工作态度、工作业绩，细化人员考核制度与分配体系，通过激励，充分调动员工的工作积极性与创造性 5、推行精益生产及TPM，对生产过程进行持续不断的优化，降低生产成本，提高劳动生产率 6、负责管辖班组内新车型投产初期生产准备规划、新车型试制验证、协助工艺优化线体。 7、对管辖班组内安全生产全面负责，监控现场的不安全行为和环境绩效实施情况，带领团队建设高标准5S现场。 8、了解并遵守本岗位涉及的法律法规、规章制度及程序流程，履行与职位和职责相关的合规责任 9、跨部门协同：与质量、工艺、设备、物流等部门对接，推动改善措施落地并验证有效性。 10、能接受两班倒/夜班和产线节拍压力；原则性强，敢对违规操作说不，责任心与执行力过硬。

1、大专及以上学历 2、能接受两班倒。 3、有汽车零部件公司或主机厂、电池厂相关管理经验3年以上,熟练使用常用办公软件,能完成文件的编制; 4、熟悉精益生产理念,能熟练开展各项改善活动; 5、熟悉PACK生产工艺流程，有问题分析、处理能力,对现场品质、安全、生产各类异常处置熟练; 6、对班组安全和质量管理、体系审核有一定经验心得 7、具有较强的逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力，对团队凝聚力管理有一定心得 8、具有强抗压能力,能适应较长工作时间。
