【该岗位为派遣性质】 1. 接收前端场站、区域运维团队的超充设备运维需求，统筹协调内外部资源（研发、供应商、自运维）推进处理。 2. 负责超充设备重大故障、批量故障的跟进与闭环，组织跨部门会议分析根因，输出整改方案并跟踪落地。 3. 沉淀区域运维日常工作中的维修、问题处理经验，形成运维手册。

1. 本科及以上学历，机电工程、自动化、电气工程、新能源科学与工程等相关专业。 2. 3 年以上充电设备（超充优先）运维相关经验，有运维中台、统筹类岗位经验者优先。 3. 熟悉超充设备（充电桩、功率模块、枪线、控制系统）的工作原理与常见故障排查方法；熟悉超充设备相关行业标准（如 GB/T 18487.1）及安全运维规范，具备高压设备操作常识。 4. 掌握运维数据统计分析方法，能通过数据识别问题并提出优化方案。 5. 需有电工证，能接受偶尔出差。
