The posting

1. 质量巡查：严格按照质量巡检清单检验标准和频次，每日完成电池产线首检、巡检、抽检等工作。 2. 过程监察：围绕4M1E（人、机、料、法、环） 五要素对产线各工位进行监察，记录问题点并跟踪整改闭环。 3. 问题跟进：发现生产过程异常问题，按流程反馈并发起TQM问题改进，对不良异常问题收集，记录问题台账跟进。 4. 不良品管理：线边不良品实物处理及跟进，统计不良品数据，定期检查不良品区域零部件状态情况。 5. 文件更新维护： 对检验指导书、首件、首检、巡检等文件信息核查，及时对文件信息内容更新修订。 6. 5S与安全： 负责工作区域的5S管理（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养），严格遵守安全操作规程，正确使用和维护劳保用品及消防设施。 7. 其他：协助完成工程师、班组长分配的其他工作任务。

1.学历与经验： · 大专或以上学历，机电一体化、电子信息、新能源等相关专业优先。 · 具备 2-3年PACK、模组/电芯相关行业质量巡检工作经验。有低/高压电工证者优先考虑。 · 有新能源大厂质量工作经验者优先考虑。 2. 知识与技能： · 基础知识： 了解锂电池基本原理、特性及安全知识；熟悉基本的电路图、机械结构图。 · 器具使用： 能熟练使用卡尺、塞尺、数显扭力扳手、万用表、内阻仪、绝缘耐压仪、充放电测试仪、三坐标等检测器具。 · 安全认知： 具备强烈的安全意识，深刻理解并愿意严格执行高压电操作、化学品防护等安全规范。 3. 责任心： 工作严谨细致，有高度的责任心和质量意识。 4. 团队合作： 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能与同事、上级等有效配合。 5. 学习能力： 乐于学习新技术、新工艺，能快速适应新产品和检查工作
