1.计算机、微电子、通信等相关专业背景，熟悉计算机体系结构、CPU/GPU/AI流水线结构; 2. 熟悉systemverilog/verilog/C++语言； 3. 熟悉GPU/CPU/AI常用的指令集； 4. 有GPU/CPU/AI内部模块设计经验优先； 5. 良好的沟通协作能力和文档总结能力。
