1.负责底盘自研软件开发流程制订，包括设计覆盖软件开发全生命周期的标准流程框架，明确各阶段输入输出、关键节点以及实施过程中进行流程优化，确保流程适用性和可操作性。定义流程相关模板（如需求文档、测试用例模板）、Checklist（评审清单）及交付标准。 2.项目全周期计划与进度管控，根据项目计划，规划软件发布的时间表和范围；与软件开发团队进行计划制定和沟通，项目报告，交付软件文档。 3.负责监控开发过程的进度，跟踪里程碑和可交付成果，以确保遵守项目进度。 4.负责跟踪和改进项目开发过程中软件质量KPI指标，确保高质量交付。 5.负责项目风险管理，领导制定有效的解决方案，保证项目风险的可控性。 6.协调项目资源，包括团队成员，分配任务，管理工作量，促进有效的沟通和协作，确保项目顺利执行。

1.学历与专业要求：本科及以上学历，软件工程、电子工程、车辆工程、控制工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业。 2.工作经验要求：具有 3 年以上软件开发、测试、架构设计或项目管理相关经验，熟悉软件开发全流程及敏捷开发、瀑布式开发等主流开发方法，对软件开发过程和测试方法有深刻的理解。 3.行业背景要求：优先考虑具有智能驾驶或汽车行业从业经验者，了解汽车行业软件开发的行业标准、法规及质量体系（如 ASPICE、ISO 26262 等）。 4.能力素质要求：熟练掌握软件开发逻辑及相关工具使用；具备出色的项目管理能力，包括计划制定、进度控制、风险管控、资源协调等；拥有良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力和问题解决能力，能有效处理跨部门、跨团队协作中的复杂问题；
