1. 测试项目全生命周期管理 -主导自动驾驶功能测试项目的规划、启动、执行与收尾; -制定项目测试策略、里程碑计划、资源预算及风险应对预案,确保测试活动与整车/OTA开发节奏对齐。 2. 跨域协同与流程优化 -作为测试方接口人,高效协同算法、开发、质量、产品、整车集成等上下游团队; -推动测试流程标准化、自动化与数字化,提升测试效率与可追溯性。 3. 质量门禁与决策支持 -维护并持续优化测试准入/准出标准,基于KPI等维度输出软件发版评估报告; -在关键节点提供数据驱动的风险预警与放行建议。 4. 工具链与数据闭环赋能 -深度参与测试平台(仿真、实车)的需求定义与验收,推动工具链能力持续演进; -联动测试团队,构建“问题发现→场景回流→仿真复现→验证闭环”的高效迭代机制。 5.团队协作与知识沉淀 -指导初级测试工程师与外包团队,提升整体执行力; -沉淀典型项目方法论、Checklist与案例库,促进组织能力复用。

1、本科及以上学历,计算机、车辆工程、自动化或相关专业; 2、自动驾驶/智能驾驶领域测试或项目管理经验； 3、了解自动驾驶测试体系,SOTIF(ISO 21448)、功能安全(ISO 26262)及相关法规; 4、掌握项目管理方法论(如敏捷、瀑布或混合模式),具备优秀的跨团队沟通、推动力与抗压能力; 5、有较强的抗压,适应快节奉,拥抱变化以及对自我成长的强诉求.
