岗位使命 我们希望打造真正能够在复杂真实环境中长期稳定运行、具备世界级工程质量与产品可信度的机器人。 这个岗位将站在整机视角，主导复杂硬件系统问题的分析、定位、验证与收敛，推动机器人从“能跑起来”走向“真正可靠、可交付、可规模化演进”。 如果你对复杂系统、极限问题和硬核工程有天然兴趣，愿意挑战那些最难被定义、最难被证伪、但一旦打穿就能显著提升整机产品力的问题，这会是一个非常关键的角色。

岗位职责 1. 负责机器人整机复杂硬件系统问题的分析、攻坚与闭环，包括但不限于供电异常、执行器异常、传感器异常、通信不稳定、时序问题、接地/屏蔽/EMI/EMC 问题、热与可靠性问题等。 2. 从整机视角主导系统级问题定位，基于波形、日志、状态切换、部件对调、环境变化、实验设计等手段，逐步构建证据链并收敛根因。 3. 协同机械、电气、电控、嵌入式、软件、测试、供应商等团队推进复杂问题闭环，推动问题真正走到“结论明确、方案有效、风险收敛”。 4. 推动关键整改方案落地，包括设计优化、器件/模组替换、线束与连接方案优化、接地与屏蔽优化、板级/整机整改、测试方法完善等。 5. 参与整机硬件架构评审与风险识别，从稳定性、可靠性、可制造性、可测试性、可维护性角度提出前置改进建议。 6. 建立和沉淀复杂硬件系统问题的排查方法、验证流程、测试规范与案例库，提升团队对系统性问题的定位效率和复用能力。 7. 支持样机、试制、现场和版本迭代阶段的重点问题处理，推动整机硬件稳定性持续收敛。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、通信、机电、机器人、测控、计算机等相关专业。 2. 具备机器人、汽车电子、自动驾驶、工业设备、复杂智能硬件等相关领域经验，有较强的系统级问题分析与攻坚能力。 3. 熟悉复杂机电系统的基本组成与耦合关系，对电源、执行器、传感器、嵌入式控制、通信总线、线束连接、接地屏蔽、热与可靠性等有较强理解。 4. 具备扎实的一线问题定位能力，能够熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、电源分析工具、总线分析工具、热像仪等完成问题排查。 5. 具备系统性思维和实证分析能力，能够从复杂现象中设计验证路径，而不是停留在经验猜测。 6. 能够处理反复性、偶发性、跨模块耦合型问题，具备把复杂问题持续打穿的耐心、韧性与推动力。 7. 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够推动研发、测试、供应商等多方围绕同一问题形成有效协同。

加分项 1. 有 人形机器人、移动机器人、协作机器人、复杂伺服/执行器系统相关经验。 2. 熟悉 EtherCAT、CAN/CAN FD、Ethernet、SPI、I2C、UART 等常见总线及其系统级问题分析。 3. 有处理疑难偶发问题、现场问题、批量稳定性问题、EMC/EMI 问题、线束与接地问题的实战经验。 4. 有从样机到量产阶段的系统稳定性收敛经验，或有供应商联合问题攻坚经验。 5. 能够沉淀复杂问题的排查方法、案例库和规范流程，而不仅是单点救火。
