The posting

1. 负责新平台下端到端（End-to-End）规划控制模型的架构设计与落地；融合传统算法（A*、Lattice等）的安全兜底机制与学习型模型的博弈交互能力，解决复杂动态环境下的长尾Corner Case问题； 2. 构建高质量专家驾驶数据集，主导大模型的预训练与监督微调（SFT）；引入强化学习（RL） 进行奖励函数建模与对齐训练，提升模型在避障安全性、舒适度及能效方面的表现； 3. 负责规划大模型在嵌入式平台上的量化、剪枝与推理加速；协同感知与控制团队完成实机联调，分析海量日志数据并迭代优化参数，确保功能安全符合行业标准； 4. 跟踪前沿研究，推动新技术在产品中的快速验证与落地应用。

1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上自动驾驶或机器人规划算法经验。 2. 精通C++/Python，熟练掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，具备优秀的工程落地与代码实现能力。 3. 熟悉UniAD, VAD, Diffusion Policy 等主流端到端自动驾驶/机器人规划范式。 4. 具备VLM/LLM大模型训练（Pre-train/SFT/RLHF）及多模态任务应用经验。 5. 良好的团队协作与沟通能力，具备快速学习和解决问题的能力。 6. 加分项： ① 有CVPR/ICCV/ECCV等顶会论文或知名开源项目贡献者优先。 ② 有机器人、飞行器、航行器或特殊环境（雪地/矿区）感知规划经验者优先。
