1. 负责自动化测试工具链的开发与推广落地，能够独立完成从需求分析、方案制定、编码实现到落地应用的全流程； 2. 参与车载协议栈（CAN/LIN/ETH）仿真功能的设计与开发，搭建支撑测试业务高效运转的软件仿真能力，并持续迭代维护； 3. 参与测试平台的设计、开发与维护，持续提升测试业务的自动化水平与执行效率； 4. 分析测试团队的业务需求，为软件开发和调试提供技术支持，推动问题闭环。

1. 本科及以上学历，软件工程、计算机、通信、电子信息、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 2. 熟练掌握 Python / Java 至少一门编程语言，具备扎实的编码功底； 3. 1年以上测试开发工作经验，负责/主导至少1个及以上自动化测试工具链的设计、开发及落地； 4. 熟悉软件测试理论与流程，具备良好的沟通协作能力、风险识别意识与问题推动能力； 5. 了解或实践过大模型应用、Agent 开发、Prompt Engineering 等 AI 技术优先。
