1.负责机器人整机下线阶段运动控制相关测试软件开发、新测试设备及新项目夹具的全流程开发，聚焦功能测试 / EOL（终检）/ 编程核心环节，确保测试方案、设备及夹具满足工厂批量生产导入标准。 2. 主导机器人整机制造测试技术体系搭建，推动测试程序、设备及夹具的标准化，支撑多型号机器人产品的测试复用与快速迭代。 3. 协同跨部门推进测试方案落地，确保产品设计、测试开发、工厂生产环节的技术衔接，保障批量生产的测试通过率与效率。

1.电气 / 电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、自动化、机械电子工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历（硕士优先）。 2.5 年以上智能制造领域测试开发经验，其中至少 2 年机器人整机（或核心运动部件，如伺服电机、减速器）制造测试相关经验；有汽车或机器人行业批量生产测试落地经验者优先。 3.具备机器人整机、电机控制器等产品测试经验，精通 EOL 测试、绝缘耐压测试、老化测试、ICT 测试等制造端测试技术，熟悉机器人运动控制算法（如 PID、轨迹规划）者优先。 4. 熟练掌握至少一种测试开发工具：Python（需具备开发案例）或 NI 软件（LabVIEW/LabWindows/CVI/TestStand，需有设备控制、数据采集程序开发经验），能独立完成测试程序的开发、调试与优化。 5. 熟悉汽车通信协议（CAN FD/LIN）及机器人常用通信协议（EtherCAT、Modbus、Profinet 等），能独立完成协议解析与测试验证；熟悉仪器通信（Ethernet、GPIB、UART、IIC）原理与调试方法。 6. 具备电气工程（如测试回路设计）、软件工程（如测试软件架构）、机械工程（如测试夹具结构）跨领域认知，能跨部门协同推进技术方案落地。
