1、负责机器人关节软件总体开发推进，向上对齐项目&系统需求，向下管控软件开发进度、软件交付，即PM（总责）； 2、能够独立进行软件架构设计； 3、负责软件集成并完成软件基本功能测试； 4、基于MBD应用层软件功能开发，并且完成单元测试，对伺服控制性能要有深入理解； 5、基于MBD进行FOC开发、电机参数标定数据处理脚本开发、电机台架测试； 6、撰写关键功能模块详细设计文档； 7、基于需求管理工具进行需求开发管理； 8、基于Git进行软件版本管理。

1、本科及以上学历，自动化、测控、仪器仪表、电力电子、机电等相关专业； 2、熟悉硬件在环测试台架的搭建，包括VT、dSPACE、NI等； 3、精通Matlab/Simulink进行软件开发以及代码生成（重要）； 4、具有永磁电机控制相关理论基础，掌握FOC控制算法，包括MTPA、弱磁、SVPWM等； 5、熟悉CANFD、Ethernet、SPI、SCI、UART、RS485/422等通讯协议； 6、从事过高性能伺服控制软件开发者优先； 7、从事过头部电驱、电控零部件供应商软件开发者优先； 8、自学能力强，踏实肯干，逻辑思维清晰。
