1、领域问题推进：负责海外整车匹配、机能、电器（三电）领域新车质量问题、量产复合问题的分析和改进，包括整车功能异常、淋雨漏水、底盘机能相关问题拉通国内组织专题会推进问题整改，实施闭环管理; 2、质量问题规避：负责协助建立并执行行质量问题管理机制，推进质量问题有效纳入问题库进行新车型规避，同时结合国内及市场典型问题于新项目阶段在海外生产过程中进行规避; 3、区域提升及强化检证实施：在新项目初期负责海外各工厂下线区域整体检出能力提升及整车各领域强化检证项目实施与过程监督； 4、解析报告制作：负责质量问题解析报告、解析业务手册等资料的制作，构筑本领域内的KNOW-HOW积累; 5、现场异常处置：负责海外对相应领域、对应区域的重大、批量问题进行处置及资源协调并推动解决；

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、材料等相关专业； 2、6年以上主机厂整车过程质量、整车质量管理相关工作经验，3年以上机能领域质量改进经验； 3、具备一定的英语听说能力，日常工作中能够使用英语进行会议和文本交流； 4、掌握QC工具的日常使用； 5、能熟练运用相关办公软件； 6、熟悉ISO9001体系和质量体系； 7、熟悉五大手册 fmea spc msa apqp ppap； 8、具备良好的组织协调和沟通能力、主动性、团队精神、抗压能力，能接受并适应阶段性海外出差。
