The posting

Oversee aftersales technical support for Xpeng’s Philippine dealer network, drive dealer service compliance, CSI improvement and EV aftermarket standardisation across the Philippines.

Role Responsibility The Regional Service Manager is primarily responsible for providing technical support to the dealer network via regular dealer visits, with core work including but not limited to: Conduct re-inspections on customer vehicle repairs Provide daily operational support and deliver on-site training for dealers (vehicle products, workshop systems, etc.) Review CSI improvement procedures for dealerships Perform service quality and repair audits at dealer workshops Attend customer meetings together with dealers to deliver premium customer experience and elevate service standards for the dealer network Carry out random warranty audit checks Verify dealers comply with Philippine EV industry standards and regulations Ensure dealers complete registration with local automotive service regulatory authorities and pass mandatory personnel qualification assessments Supervise dealer staff to finish all compulsory dealer training programmes released by Xpeng Southeast Asia headquarters Conduct technical investigations together with headquarters to resolve field technical faults and quality complaints Additional Role Note XPENG is in a rapid business expansion phase, making this a vital growth-focused role. The position will be based at the Philippine regional office. In the medium and long term, the incumbent will take charge of dealer portfolios across the Philippines. During the initial 12–18 months, the role needs to support all major regions of the Philippines. Occasional short-notice cross-region travel will be required to resolve customer escalations. After 12–18 months, the scope will be adjusted gradually for stable regional management.

Key Responsibilities Provide on-site & remote technical guidance, repair audits, random warranty inspections and on-site EV training covering vehicle products, workshop systems and electric vehicle technology. Manage training for newly onboarded dealers, ensure dealers complete local regulatory registration, abide by Philippine EV compliance rules and finish all mandatory training arranged by SEA headquarters. Organise regular foreman meetings for dealers, issue technical bulletins and recall notifications; collaborate with headquarters to investigate quality and technical issues arising in the market. Participate in customer complaint meetings to upgrade customer experience and implement XPENG premium service standards nationwide. Requirements for Successful Candidates Solid EV technical expertise (battery systems, modern automotive diagnostic technology) plus solid working experience in OEM aftersales management and dealer network operation. Proven track record in CSI promotion, warranty management and workshop compliance control. Excellent dealer relationship management capability and cross-stakeholder communication skills.
