1. 全场景避险系统开发（一段式端到端 + 规则融合） - 负责全场景避险系统的架构设计与功能落地，构建“端到端横纵一体避险大模型”与“传统感知-规控技术栈”的深度融合框架。 2. 碰撞事故预警与检测系统开发 - 多模态传感器融合算法开发，整合视觉感知、底盘信号、弹性波传感器及超声波等多源异构数据，构建高精度碰撞检测与预警模型。 - 建立数据闭环标注与挖掘工具链，持续提升检测算法在不同天气、路况及碰撞形态下的泛化能力。 3. 冗余系统设计与开发 - 负责Robotaxi冗余安全架构设计与实现，开发独立于主自动驾驶系统的紧急停车（Emergency Stop）和靠边停车功能。 - 了解前沿的VLA架构，对基于鱼眼相机的VLA有深入了解且有产品落地经验，参与冗余系统的VLA算法开发。 - 了解Occupancy和动态目标检测的相关算法和原理，了解VLA接入感知head的相关方案算法，参与VLA接入感知head的开发。

1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、机器人等相关专业； 2、3年以上RoboTaxi安全算法开发经验，有量产L3/L4级项目经验者优先； 3、精通C++/Python编程； 4、避险系统方向： 深入理解端到端自动驾驶模型架构，有横纵一体模型经验； 5、碰撞检测方向： 熟悉多传感器融合算法（卡尔曼滤波、深度学习等），有弹性波/超声波/IMU等信号处理经验，了解车辆动力学； 6、冗余系统方向： 熟悉VLA相关算法，有相关产品落地经验；了解Occupancy和动态目标检测相关算法；了解传统的planner算法。
