岗位职责 - 聚焦基于单目 RGB 图像与 CAD 模型的 6D 姿态估计算法研发。在仅有 2D 图像的约束下，精准解算物体 6-DoF 位姿，为机械臂吸取、高精度装配等工业级任务提供核心感知支撑。 - 主导 Model-based 位姿估计 Pipeline 的设计与迭代，涵盖 2D-3D 对应关系建立（关键点 / 稠密对应）、PnP 高效求解，以及基于 CAD 模型的位姿精修（Refinement）。 - 攻克真实复杂环境下的视觉难题，解决严重遮挡、无序堆叠、弱纹理、反光 / 透明材质、复杂光照干扰，以及单目视觉带来的尺度与位姿歧义问题。 - 推动算法的轻量化与边缘侧部署。在嵌入式或边缘算力平台上完成模型压缩、加速与算子优化，确保毫秒级的实时推理能力。 - 与抓取规划、手眼标定及运动控制团队深度协同，打通“感知—决策—执行”闭环，直接对端到端的抓取与操作成功率负责。

任职要求 - 计算机视觉、机器人、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，硕士及以上优先；3–5 年相关算法研发经验。 - 扎实掌握 6D 姿态估计主流方法，尤其熟悉基于 CAD 模型的 model-based 方法。 - 精通多视图几何与位姿求解基础：PnP / RANSAC、2D-3D 对应、相机标定、坐标变换、手眼标定。 - 熟悉 OpenCV、Open3D、PCL、ROS / ROS2 中至少若干工具链。 - 有真实机械臂抓取项目落地经验者显著加分。
