岗位亮点 AI在机械研发中的真实落地场景，不是写Demo 参与测试体系工具化建设（测试项推荐 + 报告自动生成） 工具将在团队乃至部门内实际推广使用 岗位职责 配合将现有研发自测方案拆解为结构化数据（测试项、规则、模板等） 参与开发测试项智能推荐功能（根据产品类型/模组自动匹配推荐） 参与开发测试报告自动生成模块，实现模板化内容与数据自动填充 运用大语言模型（LLM）进行内容生成与优化，包括Prompt设计与效果调试 整理历史测试用例与方案数据，构建结构化测试知识库 根据使用反馈持续迭代工具功能，推动从"能用"到"好用" 任职要求 本科高年级或研究生在读，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业 每周实习≥4天，可持续实习≥3个月 有Python开发基础，能独立完成小型工具或脚本开发 熟悉基本数据处理与结构化能力（JSON / 数据库 / 文本解析等） 了解大语言模型的基本使用方式（API调用、Prompt Engineering等） 加分项 有LLM应用开发经验（RAG / Agent / Function Calling等） 有前端开发能力（能做简单交互界面更佳） 有工具化或平台化项目经验（校园项目亦可） 了解机械/硬件研发流程，或对制造业数字化有兴趣 我们更看重 能把"AI能力变成可复用的工具"，而不是只跑通一个Demo。
